Customers may request vehicles through our website, WhatsApp, telephone or other approved booking channels.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only after DADDIUSJOYCE HIRE LIMITED confirms availability and the customer satisfies the applicable booking and payment requirements.

Anyone driving a rental vehicle must have a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle and provide valid identification and any additional verification reasonably required by the company.

Only drivers authorized under the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.

Rental charges depend on the selected vehicle, rental duration and services requested.

A refundable security deposit may be required. Any deposit amount and the circumstances under which deductions may be made will be communicated before or at the beginning of the rental.

The vehicle's condition may be documented using photographs, videos and/or an inspection form before it is released.

Customers should inspect the vehicle and report existing damage before departure.

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed location, date and time and in the agreed condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Unauthorized late returns may result in additional charges.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers must return the vehicle with the agreed fuel level. Missing fuel may result in a refuelling charge.

Rental vehicles must not be used for unlawful activities, reckless driving, racing, unauthorized commercial transport, towing without authorization or by an unauthorized/unlicensed driver.

Customers must comply with applicable Kenyan traffic laws and the conditions contained in their rental agreement.

Any accident, theft, significant damage or breakdown must be reported to DADDIUSJOYCE HIRE LIMITED as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers must cooperate with reasonable reporting, insurance and law-enforcement procedures following an incident.

Responsibility for damage or loss will depend on the circumstances, applicable insurance, the rental agreement and Kenyan law.

The renter is responsible for traffic offences, parking violations and similar charges arising from their use of the vehicle during the rental period, to the extent permitted by law.

Rental vehicles are subject to the insurance arrangements applicable to each vehicle. Insurance may contain exclusions, excesses and other conditions.

Any applicable insurance conditions and customer responsibilities will be communicated as part of the rental agreement.

Rental vehicles may contain GPS tracking and other security technology for vehicle protection, theft recovery and fleet management.

Tampering with, disabling or removing installed security/tracking equipment is prohibited.

Customers who wish to extend their rental must contact DADDIUSJOYCE HIRE LIMITED and receive approval before the original return time. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions depend on the booking arrangement. Any applicable cancellation charge or non-refundable amount will be disclosed as part of the booking terms.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the rental. Customers should check the vehicle before returning it.

We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle descriptions, photographs and prices accurate. However, displaying a vehicle on the website does not guarantee its availability.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
